Okay hear me out because this is gonna get weird, but I have this kink where someone is giving Poe a blowjob because they feed on human come (like they're a different species or something) and Poe sort of puts up with it out of kindness and desire to help a friend. Not that it's bad or anything, but he's not really attracted to the person. Maybe he even fantasizes about someone else (Finn?), and that's okay because it's a mutual arrangement and everyone understands.

With the sci-fi options available, it would be possible for the friend to be a former sex slave who has been retro-gene-engineered to require human semen to survive as a method of keeping them enslaved. It would add some angst though.
