BB8 referring to Hux as Evil Poe Stealer and Snap calling Hux evil incarnate are the best. :)
Hux/Poe is my cracky side ship that has quickly become a more serious ship, so I loved how you showed Hux falling in love with Poe without realizing what was happening. The part where cat Hux was awwwing over Poe's childhood pics was adorable. :)
Of course Hux would initially see this as an opportunity to spy but I loved how sacrificing his freedom to save Poe was the thing to break the curse. <3<3<3

The Knights of Ren are bound to obey their Master's orders. One night Kylo isn't quite himself (drunk, mentally exhausted from training, high, up to anon) and sarcastically says something along the lines of, "Fuck Hux." The sarcasm either isn't apparent or goes unnoticed.

The knights are flabbergasted, but they must obey their master, even if they really don't want to do it. They turn up at Hux's door. Hux answers, suspecting nothing, and is shoved to the floor with a soft, "I'm sorry."

+++++++Kylo finds out after and is horrified.
+The knights knew Hux before this as an aquaintance and sort of liked having him around.
+Hux doesn't understand what he did to cause this to happen.

+Han knows Ben won't come back home with him willingly so he attacks him (not really hurting him but making him unconscious) and puts him a force suppressor
+Hux watches Han dragging Kylo and confronts him( give me this two throwing their best insults to each other)
+Han winning cause Hux is unarmed so not wanting to be separated from Kylo he offers help them escape if he takes him with them
+Ben recovering consciousness and the three having the most awkward conversation ever
+Ben throwing tantrums and Han threatening with spank him

AU where Ben is captured by the FO at a very young age, and grows up very isolated. He is just fed FO propaganda and raised as Snoke's apprentice. He hasn't been sent on any mission yet, but it's going to happen soon and he is both nervous and eager to prove himself. More than that, he is eager to finally get outside.

FN-2187 is one of the few Stormtroopers with the clearance to go to Ben's room, and the two of them have bonded over the years. So when he decides to escape, he goes and finds Ben, because he can't leave without at least trying to get him out too.
Ben agrees, but less out of "I'm defecting, down with the FO!" and more out of "the Outside world! weee!!!!"

Cue to Poe, Finn and Ben's excellent adventure. Poe wants to go back to the Resistance base, Finn wants to just leave the FO and do the right thing. Ben is freaking out because "Fn - wait, sorry, Finn- he's with the Resistance???? They acquiesce to disorder, what are we doing with him????".

Bonus:
+Poe has enough sense to realize that right age+force sensitive = probably the General's long lost son. He decides to leave that particular reveal until after they get to the base.
++ When they get on the Falcon, Poe has to discretely convince Han and Chewie to say nothing because the kid is already freaking out enough. Han still tries to bond with Ben.

Oh hell yes! I love non-standard A/O/B dynamics where characters don't fall into the usual, neat, essentialism boxes. I can't wait to see where you take this!!

This is how, ten years after the fact, Kylo Ren stands poised at the entrance to the bridge, prepared to get his wish and encounter his first omega in heat.

He knows what to expect. He spent the last week scouring the First Order’s restricted HoloNet access for everything to do with alphas and omegas, weeding out the most egregiously outrageous examples (he really didn’t think Hux was going to suddenly invite two of his friends to join them, even if he was a ravenous omega) and patching it with his remembered knowledge from Supreme Leader’s helpful pamphlets. Kylo feels like he has a good idea of how things will progress.

Secondary sex characteristics seemed to depend a lot on smell. As soon as Hux, in his heightened state, became aware of Kylo’s manly alpha scent (he had eschewed using the shower this morning just in case) he would become aroused. He would probably resist, because it was Hux and Hux never wanted to let Kylo have anything nice, but within a few minutes his mating instincts would take over, his pupils would dilate, his pale skin would flush, and he would throw himself straight at Kylo’s cock (he had eschewed underwear as well to make it easier), while making flattering comments about the size and impressiveness of Kylo’s erection. At which point it will be Kylo’s responsibility as the alpha to lift Hux bodily over his shoulder, ignoring his needy whimpers and roving hands, and carry him back to his chambers where they would then fuck like horny lothcats intermittently for the next 3-4 day cycles.

Kylo is quite looking forward to all of this.

It had occurred to him, with more glee than remorse, that doing all of this on the bridge, in front of their command staff, is going to cause Hux no end of embarrassment once he regains his senses. But Hux has made himself impossible to find lately. Kylo had tracked the days since he went off his suppressants, counting down the average time before a reactive heat could be expected as his hormones righted themselves. But as the days ticket down, Hux became scarcer and scarcer. Now, Kylo thinks he’s barely left the bridge all day.

It is not- technically speaking- necessary for either of them to be on the bridge. Hux may be the highest ranking First Order officer aboard, but they have captains to handle the dull, everyday piloting of the ship.

Kylo suspects that he may be hiding out. The bridge crew are all betas.

The first thing Kylo notices as he steps onto the bridge is that it is half-empty. The radar technicians, the auxiliary pilots, all non-essential crew seem to be absent. Those that remain are… afraid. Kylo reaches out through the Force, taking a measure of the room. There’s a palpable sense of anxiety in the air. They’re scared of something.

“Lieutenant, have you completed that sector scan?” Hux snaps, striding into view across the catwalk that covers the recessed computer banks. His normally perfectly slicked hair is breaking out in a frizz; the soft golden strands refusing to lay flat.

“Yes, sir!” a small voice chimes back from the pit.

“And?”

“N-nothing, sir!”

“Did you check for sub-atmospheric frequencies? They may be hiding on one of the planets.”

“I- no, sir.”

“Why not?” Hux grates out.

“…because you didn’t tell me to…? Sir.”

Everything on the bridge goes deathly quiet.

“How old are you, officer?” Hux says with sinuous calm. He hovers on the catwalk above the cringing petty officer’s workstation.

“Twenty-four, sir.”

“So for twenty-four years, you’ve managed to survive without me to do your thinking for you?”

“I- yes, sir.”

“Do you think, if you try very hard, you can manage the next ten minutes?”

“Yes, sir!”

“What are you going to do? Now think very carefully- that’s when your brain starts making all those funny little noises that sound like words. I’m sure you remember how. ”

“…Run the sector scan again, this time checking for sub-atmospheric frequencies?” His voice trembles.

“Congratulations, officer, at this rate you may one day mentally outpace a dianoga.”

There is an audible sigh as a dozen people collectively let out the breaths they had been holding. Hux stalks over to one of the pilots, his movement whip-quick and agitated, bending his long frame at the waist to lean over the back of her chair. The pilot points one shaking hand at a hovering section of a holo star chart, clearly reluctant to ask the general for some kind of input.

Kylo takes this as his cue to approach.

“The next person who asks me an idiotic question is getting sent for reconditioning,” Hux snarls over his shoulder to the room at large. Kylo pauses.

He wonders, briefly, if perhaps he’s miscalculated the days planning for Hux’s heat to take effect. But no- his math is sound. In addition to their helpful diagrams, Supreme Leader’s pamphlets were very clear on the length of time between anestrous and estrous. He simply expected to find the man less agitated and more pliable. More languishing. Clearly the lack of relief for his heat has made the general tense and irritable.

Kylo thinks, with no small degree of anticipation, that he will simply have to fuck it out of him.

“Ren!” Hux snaps. “Yes, I see you hovering back there, you great nerk. Either make yourself useful or get off my bridge.”

In deference to his omega’s irritable mood, Kylo resists the urge to respond that according to Supreme Leader, it is his bridge too and thus he has a right to hover wherever he wants.

Hux sounds like my angry, menopausal boss at my last job. The one I quit. The only job I've ever quit.

I love all of Kylo's anticipatory eschewing! And that he's already thinking of Hux as 'his omega', bless that idiot. Hux terrorizing the bridge staff is perrrrfect, I may be cackling at their stress, I may be enjoying this too much.

In dog training crating is quite common. It gives a dog it's own space to be left alone. Dogs may sleep in their crate, just relax - and in general it's their safe quiet place.

Hux crates himself. It's big enough for him to move around and sit upright. He has blankets and a couple of pillows from childhood. An old plush toy. A couple of books. It's comfortable and reassuring.

After a hard day (any reason) he goes to his crate to unwind. He doesn't expect Ren to join him but he does. With little to no argument they acknowledge they both need some comfort and curl up together.

Gentle touching and holding. Light kisses if any at all.

After Hux and Kylo have sex for the first time, Kylo goes weirdly quiet, not responding to anything Hux says. Hux is a bit freaked out, wondering if he did something wrong or hurt Kylo somehow...

Until Kylo, who's just not able to put what he's feeling into words, sends out a chaotic rush of emotion in Hux's direction. Just a massive force powered wave of incoherent feelings, and underneath it all a quiet thread of "I love you I want to stay here please let me stay please love me back..."

Kylo suffers from really bad panic attacks. When they hit him they hit him hard and he ends up crying and shaking uncontrollably. Hux, being an emotionally constipated asshole, can't deal with a crying person and decides the best way to deal with Kylo when he gets like this is to fuck it out of him.

How Kylo reacts is up to the author - maybe he enjoys it and it helps him calm down or maybe it makes him feel even worse. Hux could be genuinely trying to help in his own weird way or purposely taking advantage of Kylo in a vulnerable state. I'm open to any options!

Can be genetic (maybe his parents died to young to get the blindness one of them carried in their dna) This could be a steady deterioration, with Poe trying to hide it from his friends.

Or it could be an accident; where he staggers from his crashed ship and his friends are at first celebrating that he's alive but then he's freaking out because he can't see.

Or maybe he's purposefully blinded by a bad guy pouring a substance into his eyes.

I'm happy with either gen or slash (quite partial to stormpilot) Just give me some delicious h/c with a suffering Poe. I'd prefer it to end on a hopeful note, though whether he recovers his sight loss I leave to you.

We saw the aftermath of the physical torture Poe endured, but the only hint to what actually happened is his sweaty, exhausted state and the blood on his face (and the fact the device looks similar to the one used on Han in The Empire Strikes Back)

I'd like something detailing what happened before Ren arrived on the scene. Do the stormtroopers get frustrated with Poe's refusal to give up the map? Do they get anxious that they will be punished for their failure to get results? Do they get curious and start non-con touching their prisoner?

Kylo Ren is the consort of Emperor Brendol Hux, his right hand man and lover, Lead Enforcer in the battle against the loathsome Resistance. When his shuttle is ambushed and overrun, he fully expects to be interrogated, maybe taken hostage if they think they can ransom him.

Instead, he is brought before General Organa, Han Solo and Skywalker, who look at him sadly before sending him away to a far too comfortable-looking cell. And then come Dameron, and that Rey girl, and many others who insist that he isn't Kylo Ren.

But they are lying. He isn't Ben Solo, who was taken prisoner during a failed ambush. He isn't the son of Organa, he has never met her before.
They are lying. Brendol wouldn't torture him like that, wouldn't lie to him.
They have to be lying.
