re: reposting prompts, prompts from post 1 can be reposted once we get to post 4, prompts from post 2 can be reposted once we get to post 5, etc. So, short answer: no, you can't repost prompts in post 2.
Fills to post 1 prompts should go in post 1. If/when post 1 reaches dreamwidth's comment limit (10000 comments, I think?) I'll make an overflow post for post 1, but that won't happen for some time.
