Yeah, it's definitely obvious when one person is posting multiple prompts. I know I get a bit annoyed when I see similar prompts being posted over and over, pages apart. But I think 110 fills is pretty good for only being open two weeks! If it helps, I try to fill one prompt for every few that I request, just to make it even.

Hi mods, would you mind adding a flatview link for the prompts page, for those of us who have combed through it extensively and would like to just conveniently see every new comment posted? Not sure if this is a question I should ask the mods, or the community at large, but I thought I would try you first in case there is something in the rules to guide me on what to do! If I am interested in filling a prompt that is very short or vague, and I ask if I can do X or if OP would hate a certain thing, and the OP never ends up responding after [an amount of time], should I go ahead and write it anyway? How should I proceed? And how long do you think that amount of time should be?

There is no rule regarding this at all. You're not even obligated to ask for OP's preferences (though it's a courteous thing to do!)
In my opinion, you should go ahead and fill the prompt however you want as long as it doesn't have any of the OP's DNWs (if they were specified). Regarding the amount of time you should wait: that is 100% up to you.

Hi, whenever I click on the delicious account I see 0 public links. Am I doing something wrong?
It works for me; I logged out, changed browsers, etc and it works fine. Maybe you're using an extension that's blocking delicious?
Are you going to add more tags than just pairing tags? Like by kink (or lack of kink, like fluff , platonic cuddles, family fluff), triggers, etc.? I think it may make things easier to find as the meme grows, especially for the more popular pairings.
I debated that at the beginning, but decided against it. Delicious has full text search so if you wanted to write Kylo/Hux sex pollen fic you could search delcious for it, like so: @tfakink #"pairing: ben|kylo/hux" sex pollen.
That's the best I can do for now, sorry! I will ask for volunteers to help me maintain the delicious, though.

Are we going to be allowed to repost prompts from post 1 in post 2? Should we still post fills to post 1 prompts in post 1 or reprompt in post 2 and put the fill there?
re: reposting prompts, prompts from post 1 can be reposted once we get to post 4, prompts from post 2 can be reposted once we get to post 5, etc. So, short answer: no, you can't repost prompts in post 2.

I hate to stifle anyone's creativity but would it be prudent to have a word limit on prompts?
Do you think we could put a very firmly suggested limit on how many prompts people can post all at once? And maybe also a limit on how long the prompt can be before it's considered pretty much as long as a short fic?
Omg, please can we put a limit on word count on prompt$?! I feel like there are some prompts that are an entire fic someone is demanding someone fluff out and reword for them. It really comes off as entitled and like prompters see writers as on demand.
I was actually thinking about that! What do you guys think the word limit should be?
