Finn Child soldier PTSD

So I'm sure we all know that being a child soldier is super freaking traumatic, and yet I don't see a lot of fics dealing with Finn's PTSD stemming from his upbringing. After finally waking up from his coma how would his trauma manifest itself? In nightmares? Flashbacks? Flinching at every unexpected touch because while he likes offering affectionate touches he rarely if ever got any back for most of his life.

I just want something expiring Finn's ptsd, if you want to do ships I'm fine with Finn/Rey, Finn/Poe and Jedistormpilot

OP: the specific manifestation of PTSD often seen in former child soldiers is known as Developmental Trauma Disorder (DTD), which does include flashbacks along with quite a few other very self-disrupting symptoms.

I am 100% going to write this, both because I think it's really important and I've been wanting to do a serious character piece for Finn, but I'm in the middle of exams and so I wouldn't finish it until after Prompt Post 6 goes up. I'll put it on AO3, though. Is that okay?
