I love that deleted scene with Han and the stormtroopers. I really do. Him and Finn get captured and taken to Kylo Ren for information on the map. Han being the best dad ever turns to Finn and jokingly asks if Finn left the Order because he got cold feet about his relationship with his son.

That's exactly what happened.

+ Awkward silence until Rey and Chewbacca save them.
++ Running away is the Solo-Skywalker way, Finn is practically family.
