hux/kylo: hunter au/dark mythology

hunter!hux is in a relationship with the quiet, ethereal kylo, but is growing frustrated with how he never stays the night/always hurries away and refuses to say why. little does he know kylo is cursed to take the form of a deer as soon as the sun goes down, and hunting season is drawing nearer and nearer.

idc how the curse is broken/if it's broken at all, i just want some dark mythological bittersweetness [if that's even a genre.]

++ tender, intense fucks because kylo never knows if he'll be caught and this'll be the last time

+++ some sort of happy or at least hopeful ending

I am a sucker for transformation fic, and hope it gets filled!
(I also hope for terrible bowcaster wounds breaking the spell and Kylo surviving for the happy ending. Hmm, I wonder what Kylo did to Rey to get cursed...)
