Finn/Poe- Finn doesn't know how to take compliments

Poe notices how Finn downplays himself or his actions whenever someone tries to say something nice to him, and he learns it's because back in the FO, ever since recruits were children, they were constantly undercut and told not to think too highly of themselves.

Well fuck that. Poe is going to compliment Finn on everything, because everything he does is awesome, and Finn is going to learn that he can be proud of himself.
