What was Snoke going to do with Rey if Kylo had brought her to him and she didn't escape?
Rey is brought to Snoke and he has plans to break her. So much pain will turn her to the dark side he surmises. So he gives her to Hux to rape and degrade in front of Kylo and himself. Rey still has the force but Snoke is stronger and so she cannot escape but Kylo feels all her agony and he cannot block it out.
Then Snoke promises her to all the Knights of Ren. Kylo can't take her pain again so as he pretends to take her to his room he runs away with an injured Rey who he now has to heal and gain her trust.
