He and Luke try to co-operate and teach all their padawans/apprentices but their teaching plans overlap and clash more often then not and they settle their scheduling disputes with old man lightsaber fights. Theres a betting pool for who's going to feign a slipped disk or sudden old man incontinence for the upper hand, so far all the people betting on Luke to resort to such evil tactics have had fatter wallets.

Maul is both impressed and scandalized that this old Jedi is using more Sith tactis then the actual Sith in the room.
