Due to some ~Force bullshit~, Kylo's had to remain a virgin. But now that his training is complete, it is time for him to experience Sexual Pleasure.

There are rules that must be followed. There are checklists. There are, damn it, standards. And so Hux volunteers himself. He may not like Kylo that much, but Hux has a hard-on for things done well and per spec. And some things are too important to get right to trust to underlings.

+1 Snoke has to witness the act, or be given proof of the act (bedsheets?)
+1000 Hux is really into it (dude really loves his checklists), while Kylo's all "well, I guess this needs to be done, and you're not too intolerable, let's get this over with".
+10000000 Kylo suddenly realizes mid-act why this Ritual Deflowerment was created, and accidentally levitates them into the air due to the overflow of the Force through him
