I can see so many possibilities in this au;
- Rey and Ben having a drum competition between the two band's sets
- Finn not feeling punk rock enough so Poe lends him his patched up and painted leather jacket, later deciding that Finn should keep it ("oh no I totally drown in it, it fits you way better since you can, uh, fill it out better.. buddy,")
- Poe is totally a Mic Jagger frontman and he prances around and crowdsurfs when he can
- Rey standing up at her drums mid set to give Finn a smooch, crowd goes wild.
- Finn and Poe wailing on their guitars facing eachother and leaning right into eachother's face, some meathead fan of Ben's band tells them to "kiss already you f*gs!", the trio all give a one finger salute and Finn and Poe kiss, the crowd loses its collective shit.

So, Mitaka is the name of the suburb of Tokyo that the Studio Ghibli Museum is in, which is of course a delightful jaunt of bright colors and happiness. Which makes it weird for me that there's a Mitaka in Star Wars because that name is so linked to Studio Ghibli for me.

Naturally, that means Mitaka is a Studio Ghibli character. You know, makes food so delicious looking you can barely handle it, diligently cleans all the time, his hair fluffs up when he gets angry, things like that. People claim just being around him makes them work harder.

what if Finn snatched up Vader's melty head as leverage against Kylo Ren and it turns out the old ghost is a pretty neat dude (Ren is in the background hacking up consoles case WHY DID GRANDPA NEVER TALK TO ME ABOUT SAND)

The Resistance captures Hux, and aren't handing him over to the Republic as he has crucial intel. Hux isn't cracking and time is of the essence, both for the intelligence and the fact the Order is tearing through the galaxy looking for him. NR's putting pressure on the Resistance, independent systems are even trying to track their new base and simply take him.

It is proposed that Finn -- newly discovered to be force sensitive -- force a bond between them so he can pry into Hux's mind and take what they need. Force bond, soulbond, whatever -- only caveat that it's a rare and can only be forged with one person, for life.

Finn wanted to build a mutual bond with Rey but agrees. Hux is very much opposed but can't do anything to stop it.

+ it doesn't have to involve sex but there is a sweep of inevitable momentum in the heat of it. Dubcon for both of them.
+ multiple sessions
+ Hux fights when Finn rummages through him, but Finn is able to control the connection as Hux has only been trained to resist conventional mental intrusion/manipulation
+ Finn feels awful. For having Hux in his mental periphery, losing a true two-way connection with Rey. A small part of him is glad to have Hux put down like this, and Finn is thoroughly horrified. That part may be influenced by Hux's own personality, bleeding over.
+ Hux manages to escape. With the distance the bond's muted but never fades.

Would you accept a tie-in to the fan theory that Finn is actually Luke's biracial son, so technically he'd be bonding with his grandfather? (CUE MORE JEALOUS KYLO.)

After losing his memories, Kylo sort of imprints on the first person he sees. To the horror of everyone, he's become a an overemotional cuddler, needs affirmation and open affection.

OP here. OH, that was amazing. I love the direction you took it in, seeing the kids as individuals, seeing how Finn interacts with them through Poe's eyes. This is everything I had hoped for and more. Thank you!!

- After agreeing to help Mr. Solo with his difficult old van (it looks like it barely got out of the 80's in one piece, the faded airbrushing on the side advertises a long forgotten band called The Millennium Falcons), Rey lands a deal where the trio can practice in his garage.
- "You need a drum teacher," Hisses Ben, tapping his drumsticks in over-complicated patterns on any and every flat surface he can reach.
-Solo's old rocker pal Chewie (a very tall, very hirsute dude with a full beard and metalhead hair) couch surfs at his house for a bit, hears Rey struggling with the drumset and wanders over and asks her if she needs help in the deepest bass growl, Rey nearly flips her drums she's so startled.
- Poe writes entire diss songs in Spanish.
- quickies in dubious graffitied venue washrooms, both bands do it.
- Jar-Jar and the Binks, E.W.O.K. (Eternally Withstanding Overlord Knukleheads), It's A Trap!, and other simply fantastic opening bands
- the trio starts playing one of their most well known songs, crafty Hux disconnects poe's mic right before he can start singing, Finn quickly covers for Poe and ends up singing the song better then Poe did. Poe is fuming but at the same time hearteyes.

All of Kylo's unintelligible screams/rants are actually love poems in Wookie to Hux's perfect eyes, his beautiful face, and his incredible ass.

I love the image of Hux casually leaning on his desk flipping through papers while Kylo fucks him hard from behind.

Because what's more intimate than handing someone a razor and baring your throat? (Okay, probably a couple of things, but that one's up there.) No preference as to who shaves whom.

Finn may be a good soldier, but he really has no taste for violence (except in defense of himself and others, of course) so he's training to be a medic. Which is great because, coming back from a mission (or anywhere) he and Poe and BB-8 are attacked or their shuttle malfunctions, and they crash somewhere.

Poe is badly injured and Finn - who may also be hurt and concealing the fact - has to put his training to the test while BB-8 repairs the shuttle's comm system so they can call for help. Finn also has the fun job of keeping BB-8 calm, since the droid is terribly worried about his human.

What I'd love to see is Finn calmly describing everything he's doing for BB-8's benefit, consciously or unconsciously mimicking the way Poe talks to the droid while he's doing repairs. I'd also love it if Poe were conscious for at least part of this so he can witness Finn being a good medic and a good droid dad.

Rey and Kylo are dueling on some remote jungle world when they stumble across some kind of Tentacle Monster(tm). They both get caught and it fucks them at the same time, such that they can see each other while it's happening.

Turns out their lives aren't in danger or anything and while it's still a distressing situation, they both end up helplessly starting to get off on it. To their mutual mortification, they're both fascinated and turned on by what the other looks & sounds like in the throes of pleasure.

(Dub-con rather than full non-con because they end up kind of rolling with it and feeling really good.)

+++It ends up feeling so good that they give up on feeling ashamed of being in this state in front of each other.

I'm good with either or, or even both, though if Hux/Finn I admit I would prefer it remain unhappy or trepidatious. But honestly I would love to see it filled in any manner. Go wherever the story takes you.

Snoke courts Hux... through Kylo Ren. He bids Kylo to start a relationship with Hux -- who readily jumps in bed with him, expecting to take advantage of Kylo's neediness -- and frequently drops in to voyeur their sexual encounters. Hux doesn't know. Until abruptly he is offered a chance to be an emperor, albeit with a catch: become Snoke's consort.

+ "wedding night" with 7ft Snoke availing himself of Hux, using the Force to hold him in a pleasing position.
+ Hux never comes when Snoke decides to use him, overwhelmed and gritting his teeth to endure it until it's over. For the Empire.
+ Hux had better prep himself beforehand; Snoke's impatient when in the mood.
+ Snoke having Hux verbally consent and ask for it every time
+ rubbing his huge dick on Hux's belly beforehand, so he'll see what exactly he'll be taking
+ Snoke's amused by Hux's discomfort and humiliation and vague treasonous thoughts. Hux won't act on them. He technically has what he wants, and has no other options besides.
+ When Snoke desires to have Hux be pleasured for Snoke's gratification he summons Kylo and instructs how exactly he would like them to fuck. Has no regard for overstimulation.
+++ Kylo and Hux still don't like each other but there is a solidarity over their shared lot
+++++++ Snoke encourages their little trysts and the public perception that it's a love story. An emperor and his knight, how romantic.

BB8 just can't shake this very odd duckling.
