This is so so beautiful, anon. The red emergency lights, the red sky, the red carpet -- just throw me in the trash compactor because I am a mess. This is beautiful not just for a First Fic, but by any standard. You should be proud of what you've woven together here!

I loved it all, but I LOVED-LOVED the vengeful resentment in Cycle 374 and the serene appreciation in Cycle 623. The way he talked Ren into giving him his Ben Solo memories ("purge yourself") so he could explore them was just fantastic.

Writer Anon: omg thank you! Your comment means so much to me. I think I'm going to make a Ao3 account so I can edit this (well and have it corrected by a native speaker), and post other future fills
