Wow, that sounds awful! D: I honestly don't know what to call it, either. So it does happen when you're anxious/stressed, right? Not randomly on its own? It might be multiple conditions that are feeding into each other. I'm in no way a doctor (just to be clear :P), but I've had some unexpected stress responses, and very rarely when my stress level is too high they can stack in unfortunate ways. Would you say you physically shut down and mentally panic, or the reverse? Although, panic can make people freeze, too... Yeah, I don't know. :( I wish I knew what to say.

Anyway, as for your prompt, I think it'd be interesting to see this in a fic! I would offer to give it a try, but I don't think I can do it justice (make it feel realistic). ...Err, besides that, I've got WIPs to finish that are glaring at me, haha.

Thanks for caring, anon! :) yeah, it's like, emotional stress paralyzes my body and then fries my brain? lol. Like, sometimes I can't walk proper either or can't hold things very well etc. And yeah, it's a tricky one but I'm okay, it's not too often :) like, mostly it just happens during confrontation/when someone yells at me, and I was just thinking like... Kylo gets yelled at all the time lol. I'd been fired (into a Sun) long ago.
