Kylux - Collared Dog - Dehumanization

Instead of turning Ben Solo to the dark side, Snoke's ‘tutelage’ broke his mind.

On the day of his promotion, General Hux was handed control of K9-RN.

Normally docile, only needed feeding, watering, some hygiene maintenance and exercise. When deployed with ground troops, unleash and set toward targets.

An effective tool, but as K9-RN settled on the Finalizer under her staff's professional hands and the steady routine that Hux provided, glimmers of intelligence started to show through. Hux thought it could be so much more.

+ Hux played with the creature in a moment of weakness. Its eyes reminded him of the old family dog.
+ K9-RN much preferred sonic shower and hair brushing over the high powered hose he used to get.
+ The family dog’s name was Kylo.
+ Hux realizing Kylo was actually literate.
+ Hux adding more human games to Kylo’s exercise routine.
+ Leia does not know the masked mad dog is her son. Hux eventually informed her, after he got Kylo well in hand.

And bonus:
+ On better days, Kylo Ren would wake up, lucid and human, the Emperor’s Enforcer instead of the Emperor’s Hound.
