LBR, Phasma is probably a grizzled old butch...on the inside, where it counts. And Rey is the world's most magical baby dyke open to new experiences. So Phasma takes advantage of Rey's situation and youth to get her to do the filthiest things Phasma's ever wanted to do to a pretty young prisoner.

Bonus if Rey is totally shameless and honestly just having a good interrogation.
