Rey is totally the funeral director; emotionally savvy enough to comfort the bereaved and guide them through the funeral process, but straight-forward enough to help people in mourning deal with shitty financial realities.

Finn is the hospice worker who comes to your house and takes you by the hand during the slow decline of a loved one; he handles meds, and he's eventually the person who will call in the death.

Poe & Phasma do "removals" at all hours of the night and day. They're the people who show up at the hospital morgue or the nursing home and retrieve the corpses. It helps to be physically strong, but more than that you have to be kind and empathetic enough to make people feel respected when you walk into their home and carry their grandma or son or cousin out the door on a gurney. Poe is good at making people feel at ease when they need a personal touch, and Phasma is all business.

Hux is the county coroner, anal-retentive and prissy and kind of difficult to deal with, but serious about autopsies. He always returns the corpses on time and with careful stitching, so the funeral home staff doesn't have to scramble to cover up butchery.

Kylo Ren is the embalmer—the guy who complains if the coroner didn't do a good enough job. He's kind of a show-boat, but since the public never sees him, his temper flare-ups aren't a problem. He's picky about getting the dyes just right, but sometimes loses his shit when it comes to styling hair.

Of course in most funeral homes everyone does a little bit of everything (excerpt for coroners, whom obviously you don't see that much of), but for the sake of tropes I've separated it out a bit. Really I think Rey, Finn, Poe, and Phasma could all make good funeral directors.
