AYRT - Thank you for this comment, because not only does it give me a clearer idea of what you're hoping for for the fill that I definitely did NOT start writing the second I saw this prompt ahahaha, but it got me deep into the military rations pages on wikipedia, where I discovered that WWII-era American K-rations included little packets of cigarettes and now I can't stop giggling about the thought of Hux getting his little ration cigarettes (why has three-quarters of the fandom decided he smokes? I don't know! but it works for me right now).

Also, THANK YOU for the fic link, because that was ridiculously delightful. ♥

Finn/Poe - present day AU, BB8 is Poe's dog

Finn's a bit anxious around dogs. Maybe he was chased or attacked by one when he was little, or there was an aggressive neighbourhood dog that barked at him whenever he walked past its yard. Whatever it is, he finds it hard to be around dogs. Unfortunately, his new boyfriend, Poe, has a dog that he absolutely adores. Finn knows he can't ask Poe to get rid of the dog, so eventually he decides to face his fears and go around and meet Poe's dog...only to find a tiny, adorable, scruffy little mutt that follows Poe everywhere. There can be smut, but really, I'd just love some fluff (no pun intended).

While it's not often discussed on the Finalizer, Hux is actually married--it was an arranged marriage, of course, as befitting the officer/general of the First Order, suiting both parties' class and status.

One day, Hux's wife comes aboard the Finalizer to visit him. Kylo is both horrified ('she married Hux out of all people?' 'Hux is married?'), intrigued (as to what kind of woman would willingly marry Hux, or at least, agree to an arranged marriage with Hux, because come on it's General Hux he's talking about), and maybe a little jealous, although the last part is a little startling to himself as well.

Kylux optional. Could be from Kylo's POV?

Bonus 1: Hux's wife - while she might not be the most beautiful woman in the room - is definitely the sweetest, kindest person anyone could meet; Hux is genuinely in love with her, cherishing and showering her with affection. Again, more shock and intrigue on Kylo's part.

Bonus 1.5: Everyone - except Kylo, it seems - knew about Hux being married and his wife. They adore her and would sometimes even ask the general about how his wife is doing and when she might be visiting next time.

Bonus 2: Hux's wife is so nice, Kylo ends up getting charmed by her despite herself, much to Hux's amusement/chagrin.

Bonus 3 (if Kylux): Hux has an open marriage with his wife and she's all cool with Kylo and Hux getting together. Threesome optional.
