Think OP is going on the line in the movie where Finn said he worked in sanitation...

laughing at the canonically line, like, this is on the same page with Phasma fucking Finn as punishment and Hux in a slave outfit, I doubt we're going with canon at this point...

Hux isn't used to affectionate sex or really affectionate touching at all. Then he starts sleeping with Kylo, and quickly realizes he's going to have to get used to it.

Those prompts don't change their professions and abilities, only their circumstances. The fandom needs to stop stripping Finn of his proficiency as a Stormtrooper and demoting him to menial work.

This former children's/youth dept librarian anon is very curious, too!

I can picture Rey doing the job well but perhaps wouldn't do it forever or not as her main profession.
