You know how in a lot of media (and I guess in real life sometimes too) you get these pants wettingly terrifying tough guys who are absolutely wrapped around their daughters' little fingers?

Well Commandant Brendol Hux is totally that guy, except instead of a daughter, he has our Hux, who he dotes on, is ridiculously proud of, and who no man/woman/non binary person will ever be good enough for. Especially not some jumped-up, scrawny, wannabe Sith Lord who was raised by two of the worst Republic rebels of all time and no he does not care who your grandfather was, Ren.

Bonus points for Hux insisting that honestly, his Dad is the nicest guy once you get to know him.
Extra bonus points for it being clear that Commandant Hux's fondness for his son isn't just blind fatherly affection - he's a hard man to impress but our Hux has more than managed it with the things he's achieved.

So I could imagine Han and Hux Sr. are pretty much the complete opposite. Han is irresponsible at times while Hux Sr. is a millitary man. Han is a fun guy, Hux Sr. is rigid etc. So I could imagine it is a hellish situation knowing their sons are or about to get married to each other. So I want these two interacting whether it's AU or Not.

+++++ Hux Sr. is a total dick to his Son, and at one point at the meeting of the dads Han sees this protects Hux Jr. Kylo of course...respects his father for it.

I will always imagine Bill Nighy as Hux's dad. This prompt made me smile because in the Charles Paris audiobooks, the protagonist Charles (played by Nighy) called the boyfriend of his daughter "a streak of weak piss". The hatred he has for him gives me life and now I imagine a similar thing with Ren.

Han Solo may have been Ben's father, but Snoke was Kylo Ren's.

Basically, I want to see a superficially sweet-ish but undeniably creepy as fuck relationship (sexual or otherwise), with Kylo actually viewing Snoke as his father and desperately seeking his love and approval, and Snoke being more than willing to indulge him and use it to bind Kylo closer to himself.

Like lots of praise (and some punishment), some mild age play, calling Kylo his "sweet boy" "my precious child", Kylo always adressing Snoke as father even in front of others, when meeting in person having Kylo sit on his lap instead of his own chair, buying him gifts, Kylo crawling into Snoke's bed at night when he feels lonely. All that kinda shit. Like even if it's not sexual at all, it'd be still uncomfortably intimate and creepy as fuck.

(If you want to imply their relationship has been like this since Kylo was a teen, go ahead.)

It was the part about Hux wanting to be called General that got me. Poor sad Hux.

Now i imagine Hux sr as Mike Rostenowski from The Big Bang Theory.
At first Hux sr is hostile towards Kylo, but then he starts to like him. Imagine Kylo is going on a really dangerous mission. And Hux sr. is like 'It's okay, son. A pretty guy like Junior. He'll find a new guy'

OP here, mental illness in this would be more than welcome. That's my reason for the no fixing/rescue part in fact! I do not have a clear headcanon as to what he might have, but something he does have. At least some PTSD from the Snoke grooming for sure, plus rage/emotional regulation stuff.

Just going by how he turns out later, Ben was probably not the most well-adjusted child. A powerful force-user with a talent for mind-reading, a child's grasp of morality, and a secret sith lord whispering in his ear? That's getting into Damien-level creepy.

Give me scenes with little Ben Solo being That Kid who makes the adults uncomfortable. His parents loved him dearly, but there was a reason he got shipped off the Uncle Luke.
