Matt =/= Kylo. Leia takes a keen interest in the new technician on the base.

++ Leia attempting to dye his hair black (either hovering over him in the middle of the night or switch his shampoo or something else--she is, sad to say, not successful in her endeavor)
+++++++++The job on the Resistance base was the gig he had right before he is employed by the Fist Order so maybe he is recounting the wacky tales to Zach and Tim
