Poe/Finn or Poe/Any - Hainish AU

Gethenian Poe goes into kemmer on base and needs someone to help him out. Could be Finn (if the inherent heteronormativity there doesn't skeeve you out) or could be author's choice. Basically, I'm 100% here for Poe going into heat, but not so much for ABO.

A+ Bonus for:
- Whoever Poe's interested in getting smacked with pheromones like a ton of bricks (could even border on dub-con/persuasion; no non-con please)
- If it's Finn, profound confusion at the realization Poe isn't baseline human.
