GEN or Hux/Kylo, Hux has OCD

Hux suffers from OCD and believes that if he doesn't check his ship/his crew/his strategies hundreds of times per day then something terrible will happen and the First Order will be gone. The arrival of the unpredictable Kylo Ren doesn't help and his compulsions become even harder to control. Then Finn leaves and Starkiller is destroyed...

+Kylo comforting him by telling Hux it's not his fault, Snoke doing the opposite
+Hux checking his uniform or his hair constantly
+Kylo's lightsaber tantrums actually cause Hux to have panic attacks
+Hux being completely aware this is not a rational behavior and trying out things like meditation etc
