Actually, it's really not. You're talking about Leia, the Princess of Alderaan who watched her home planet blown up in front of her eyes and would do anything to stop that from happening again.

Leia, who watched the Empire kill and destroy and take, and who absolutely understands the corruption the Dark side brings.

Leia, who wants so badly to believe there's still good in her child, but who is utterly and totally aware that that child also put a lightsabre through his own father.

Her child, who has proven that he'll kill, not for survival, or because he's fighting the rise of an order that seeks only to replace the Galactica Empire that held galaxies under their thumb and thought nothing of destroying entire planets in order to get their own way. But has proven he'll kill for nothing more than because he wants to.

If you think Leia, the Leia who went through everything she did in the original trilogy wouldn't actually make that decision and kill her own child, not because she wants to, but because she has to, then I'm going to say that you have no right in calling this ooc, because you blatantly have no idea of what Leia's character actually is.
