Midichlorian Vampire AU - Kylux

Midichlorians live in the bloodstream of anyone sensitive to the Force, giving them fantastic powers, enhanced lifespan, etc.

I can see this going one of two ways: one, that Hux has a theory about learning force sensitivity with regular transfusions of Force-sensitive blood, and Kylo offers his up to his lover, or two, that there's some Sookie Stackhouse nonsense bloodline that Hux has that enhances midichlorian growth while preventing him from actual force use, but making his blood very attractive to Kylo.

+1 for Hux having a Sookie Stackhouse nonsense space-steroid bloodline. He would be so annoyed!
