Yessss! MOTHAFUCKIN SPACE BATTLES WITH SPACE SHIPS IN SPACE OMFG! I was fist pumpin all the way through that and then I slithered over to your tumblr and read ch3 and it was EVEN BETTER and I just started singing some bizarro theme song that I made up, yo check these A+ lyrics:

Because space battles make me happy. Because EPIC AMOUNTS OF DETAIL and tactics and competence and peril and PEW PEW make me very happy. Because, for real, I was just reading the TFA incredible cross-sections book and nerding out about the troop transports. Because First Order vs Thirst Order is the showdown I never knew I wanted. Because Action Hux!! Because Action Hux keeps it at 100, always, and everybody just gotta strap themselves in and deal. Because Kylo doesn't even know (yet????) that he's at the center of a massive and violent tug of war or that Hux has elbowed his way into the fray to be severely annoyed at the situation in person. Because there's another Knight of Ren on the loose! *HOOTS AND HOLLERS* *BANGS POT AND PANS* *BURSTS INTO FLAMES* THIS. IS. MY. JAM.

Also I think Hux/The Finalizer Crew is my brotp or squad goals or something because this:
The entire bridge shifted to salute in an audible snap of fabric, one moment of brief silence in the midst of the mayhem that was battle. Hux nodded firmly to his crew, fierce joy burning through his chest, before he turned neatly on his heel and stalked out.
