so a few days ago i saw a post explaining why, from a narrative perspective finn parallels zuko while kylo parallels azula. someone please give me this crossover. a few others i was thinking were

I am reveling in all the Finn/Hux prompts that have taken me out of lurker-dom. I never knew how into this ship I could be. *v*

Emperor Hux takes a wife because he needs to secure his dynasty and produce heirs. The relationship is purely a business deal and he has no feelings for the woman whatsoever but Kylo feels insecure because she's very beautiful and can give Hux something he can't. Hux has to reassure him... and ok yes this is just another thinly veiled Kylo Ren praise kink prompt. I just need Hux snuggling his boy and telling him not to worry and he's still his favourite.

Trigger Warnings: Implied murder, some gore, character injury. My first time writing in this fandom, so tell me if this works/whether to continue. I just could not pass this up.

Poe would have preferred if Ben had died to seeing his face six months later, splattered with blood.

The red lightsaber lit up the night and Ben deftly wielded it. His hair was longer than it had ever been, clearly never trimmed. They were too busy teaching him to kill. He jumped out of the way of one blaster bolt and let go of his lightsaber with one hand to direct the other with a graceful, arcing wave of his arm into Jessika, who was thrown back into the nearest tree. Poe's heart hammered as he tried to see through the smoke if she was getting up or not, but he couldn't move, couldn't get his legs to cooperate.

As the encampment burned, for the most part, Ben was a shadowy nightmare, swathed in black, bloodstained. Poe knew without looking that the local who'd come to warn the Resistance camp was dead. No one could survive that much blood loss. Another scream sounded, the voice familiar, as in the shadows the shape of one of the pilots distorted, a limb being torn off with the Force. Poe sank to his knees and clutched his head, shut his eyes, but the visuals wouldn't leave his eyes, the sounds had no beginning or end.

This night will never leave me, he thought deliriously, and then abruptly someone was kneeling in front of him. He was shaking when his former lover lifted his head up by the chin, gloved fingers wet with viscera.

"What did they do to you?" Poe managed, searching the familiar face for traces of the man he had once planned to marry. The never-used proposal box and wedding ring weighed down his right front pocket like a slab of stone. "Ben, what happened?"

Ben's eyes were as dark and reflectionless as ashes, burning into him with a calculating intensity. His hair was in a ponytail, a stark white streak coursing through it. For a moment he gripped his lightsaber, the sound of it activating freezing the pilot to the spot. Then he pressed his mouth to Poe's in a loveless imitation of a kiss, rising and turning his head towards the destruction as if in answer. Poe tasted something metallic and felt himself begin to shake.

"Ben Solo is dead. He was weak and worthless, so they helped me kill him. I am Kylo of the Knights of Ren." He rose to his feet. "But I will honor his last request and allow you to live. Tell his parents they have no such protection. Don't place yourself in my path again." He waved his hand, and Poe crumpled to the ground, unconscious.

Kylo's steps were silent, only the slight swish of his cape registering as he went back to the fight, a shadow returning to the darkness from whence it came.

Finn buying and making Rey valentine's day gifts while Rey is completely oblivious. Such as Finn using BB-8 to deliver anonymous gifts to Rey and yet she still doesn't really understand Valentine's Day and it's meaning and in the end she eventually finds out and they have their first smooch.

This was terrifying and wholly realistic. Finn, that beautiful caring bby, wouldn't be able to stomach it and Hux, the prince of darkness and pain, would be that dismissive. Gosh I want to see more of this.

it was also insanely hot. Hux as a crying, scared, uncontrolled mess is my new kink. *v*

The leather gloves are a huge motif in Hux fics but I have never seen them explored like this! Finn would so be the one to help him through this! +1

Since the first time he saw him, Finn took every chance to be with his boyfriend, be it an errand or just a short walk. Being around Poe was like being wrapped in a blanket; soft and warm.

Increasingly often, Finn noticed how Poe was doing things for others. The other day he had seen him give his lunch to a soldier without one. He had shielded a child from the rain, and rescued a droid who had somehow gotten lodged in a hall door.

The Resistance pilot was doing some minor maintenance on his x-wing, cleaning it carefully as if it could be hurt if he was too harsh. Finn sat on a bench, sipping on a cold drink and enjoying the view. He didn't want to interrupt his work, but he wanted to be nearby when he finished.

A few minutes later, another Resistance soldier was walking near Poe, struggling to carry pieces of heavy machinery. Their legs wobbled under the weight as they trudged past.

"Woah there, hold it. Looks like you could use some help," Poe said, setting down his hose and taking the majority of the soldier's cargo. He lifted it easily, and Finn swallowed when he saw his strong arms flex under the load.

"Thanks a lot...That stuff is really heavy, I'm surprised you can carry it so effortlessly." The soldier said, regaining their breath.

"Where were you heading?" Poe asked, his voice slightly strained.

"The repair office, someone needed them." They answered, exhaling. "Alright, I can breathe now, thank you so much." They gestured to take back the parts.

"No, no, seriously, don't worry about it." Poe said, smiling. "It's no trouble."

Before the soldier could protest, Poe was on his way in the direction of the repair office. Shaking their head with a chuckle, the soldier walked off.

Finn was taken aback. The repair office wasn't close by, Poe knew that, and yet he volunteered to do it anyway. He saw someone who needed help and went above and beyond. Finn knew his boyfriend was kind, but this was even more than he expected.

He set his drink down and jogged after him. Eventually, he saw the figure of Poe along with the machinery, and he sighed in relief.

"Poe! Hey, wait up."

When he heard his voice, Poe spun around, a toothy smile on his face. "Where'd you come from?"

"The General's office. She sent me to give you an award for being the biggest nice guy in the galaxy." Finn said with a grin.

"Oh, jeez, you saw that, then?" He looked a little embarrassed.

"Saw what? You saving some random person with that smile and kindness?" Finn elbowed him playfully. "Didn't know you were so sweet to everyone. It's pretty cute."

"Aw, come on, drop it." Poe said.

Finn pecked him on the cheek, and Poe almost stumbled, regaining his composure quickly. The pair was at the repair office before they knew it, and soon enough were heading back towards the ship yard.

Later that night, Finn and Poe were sitting close to each other beneath a blanket. "You know..." Finn started. "You're the best pilot in the Resistance, but not just because of how well you fly."

Poe looked up at him curiously. "You're the best because you're the kindest. Seriously, you're nicer than like, every little old lady rolled into one."

"That's a bit of an exaggeration..." Poe said with a laugh, pulling him closer.

"Even if it is, I love you for it." Finn finished, kissing him. The two stayed like that, eventually falling asleep to the crackle of the fire.

Force users are kept as slaves and Kylo belongs to Snoke. Snoke is very pleased with the work of General Hux so decides to lend him Kylo for a while as a reward. Hux is very taken with him and enjoys his 'services' fully. When the time comes for Kylo to return to Snoke, Hux isn't sure he wants to let him go...

When it comes down to it, she'll do whatever it takes to save Ben, the fate of the galaxy be damned. Basically I just want a ruthless Leia who is willing to sacrifice the greater good if it means saving her baby from Snoke. Bonus points for parallels with Anakin and how he torn the galaxy apart in his efforts to save Padmé.

OP - LOL, this is great. Everything needs to be crossed over with Brooklyn Nine Nine.

Snoke is ironically a better dad than Han in a lot of ways.

Ben returns to the light and joins the Resistance. They are willing to give him a chance but they aren't going to make it easy on him either. Leia gives everyone permission to spank the crap out of him if he steps out of line which he does... a lot. Bonus points for tears and everyone enjoying taking out their frustrations on Ben's ass just a little more than they should because he's awfully pretty when he cries.

I can't believe my prompt was filled! This is amazing! I loved Poe's point of view, how disoriented and horrified he is during the whole thing, even until the end!

I admit I am soft-hearted, but I really hope Ben has been brainwashed instead of turning evil, because Poe was going to propose!!! My heart! So unless you tell me otherwise, I choose to believe that the streak of white in Ben's hair is a proof of brainwashing, somehow, I don't care.^^
