This is grabbing me hard because of a thing in the visual dictionary I think that says something along the lines of Poe Can't Lie and "hates it" but it's like a thing his friends know about him. I'm thinking he's cultivated that as a way to slip info back to the Order more easily without raising concerns about how consistently he leaks. It isn't like he's not TRYING, or so they all think....

It's not like Poe has to die. He and BB-8's favorite meatcreatures could make cute pets for the robot overlords.

Poe is doing time for....something. Nothing serious, but enough that he's been in long enough to know the ropes. Maybe he was falsely accused. Point is, he's been in for a while.

Finn is a prison guard, following in the footsteps of his step-mom Phasma. He's young and new to all of this, and strikes up an unlikely friendship with Poe through the bars of his cell at night/during the day when Poe and the other "safer" prisoners are allowed to roam.

Poe keeps the other prisoners off Finn's back, since new guards are always easy targets, and Finn starts to listen to Poe's story of how he came to be there (maybe, if Poe was falsely accused/framed, Finn offers to help him seek justice)

From there anything else is up to author!anon, but bonus points for

- Phasma sensing the softness in Finn and between him and Poe, so she either takes Poe out of his cell after hours and beats him herself, or pays off some other prisoners to do it to warn him away from talking to Finn.

- A riot breaking out, with Poe keeping Finn safe/hiding him in his cell until it's under control

Are you set on an OMC or can we flesh out some backgrounders? Also... Opinions on this matchmaker being non-human?

In a perfect world, I would LOVE to see this prompt with Captain Phasma/always-a-girl-Kylo Ren, but I'm not terribly picky. Trans Kylo, Boy!Kylo, Nonbinary!Kylo, it's all good.

Just please give me a Kylo who feels their grip on the Dark Side slipping, who goes to Captain Phasma to dole out the hurt (hitting, cutting, burning, choking, whatEVER), with perhaps some orgasms on the side. Extra love for Kylo crying from the pain while begging for more.

Somebody on the Finalizer is writing terrible fic about Kylo & the general. Really terrible, like saber euphemisms, quivering body parts, raven-haired beauties bad.

How do Hux & Ren react?

Points if the bad fic is written by those two storm troopers (you know the two) as a joke.

Even more points if the discovery of the fic works as a catalyst to get Hux & Ren together.

Come on! Where are our HP crossovers? I don't really care how this is crossed over but I want it.

Maybe like the storm troopers, the FO Officers are all stolen children and Hux was a Wizard stolen as a baby? Maybe the reason he was made an officer instead of a stormtrooper was his magical ability.

Or maybe Hux is Bill's twin and the shame of the family for becoming a space nazi, which is almost as bad as a Deatheater. Maybe Hux was deliberately made to work with Kylo because Snork was interested in studying the difference between Magic and The Force. Maybe Hux hates his magic because it is too easy and too much of a temptation and he is to practical to want a grand fix-it-all (he has a distaste for the Force for the same reason)

Maybe he does use magic but only to irritate and confuse Kylo.

Just something where Hux is a Wizard and a member of the Weasley family please.

Han thinks Kylo's "got too much Vader in him", but Vader sees a lot of Padme in Kylo. They have tension. Does Vader have good life advice? Hell no. Vader's got a posthumous spiritual connection with someone who wants to use all of her fierce compassionate righteousness who is hungry and unashamed to fulfil what had been his own ambitions without any of that pesky guilting him about the cost. Their connection brings out the worst in each of them, and it goes to some dark places.

Weird intergenerational force sex! Bad decisions, no regrets.
