okay, listen. Abakin-blond , Padme-brown, Luke-blond, Leia-brown, Han-brown. If Star Wars genetics is anything like real genetics Kylo should have blond or brown hair.
Either the dark side makes your hair darker... or Kylo is dying it black like the little emo he is...

Do whatever you want with it.

Oh God, why am I picturing Phasma with those little plastic gloves that come with hair dye kits pulled over her shiny metal gauntlets, sighing as she massages dye into Kylo's hair while he leans awkwardly over the sink!?

As a tall girl who dyes her hair, I know that those gloves just DO NOT FIT and can now imagine her getting annoyed by how the fingers are too short, and the gloves themselves barely cover her hand!

She's asking why he can't get someone else to do it, and he's complaining that the last time Hux or one of his lackeys did it, they left a massive blonde streak at the back. She's the only one who can do it right!

Imagine the first time he dyed his hair as young teen. In the tiny hygiene unit on the falcon. In secret, of cause,because Mom and Dad would not allow it.
He gets he dye everywhere, and then Han knocks on the door.
"You have been in there for an hour! What are you doing?"
"...Nothing?"
