The First Order kept its stormtroopers on a strict regimen of suppressants for both Alpha stormtroopers and Omegas so that they would not be distracted from their duties and completely undifferentiated from their Beta brothers and sisters. Thus Finn had never even been aware of the fact that he was an Omega and had always assumed he was a Beta. Then, soon after waking from his coma, he goes into his first heat. Poe (can be Alpha, Beta, Omega whatever) offers to help him through it.

Oh my god, yes please. hard to find Finn being cared for.
