I imagine that, with these three, it's Poe that has to guide them through almost everything, from casual emotional/physical intimacy to communication to sex and beyond. Rey's lived most of her life physically isolated and probably doesn't know how to talk to people very well in addition to having experienced almost no physical contact in her adult life (maybe none at all? bonus points for exploring that...) and Finn has been completely emotionally isolated and probably also barred from physical contact with others.

So Poe helps them along. At first each alone, then sometimes as all three of them together. But what happens when Poe's gone on a mission and Finn & Rey are left to fend for themselves with no Poe to make sense of things? And what do they come up with to give back to him when he returns?

Honestly could be smutty, could be totally fluffy. I really want some character exploration and am just happy to see our hero babies showing their pilot boyfriend some love.

Perhaps during interrogation, or some other AU situation. They're both way too thirsty and lonely, and when they're riling each other up and getting too personal, it vents as wildly passionate sex, even though that wasn't really want they wanted.

Basically, they're both in a bad place and momentarily cling to each other.
