I keep a word doc with every prompt I'm interested in pasted in, with a link to the comment. I don't indicate which round it's from, so I usually end up bouncing between rounds as I finish older drafts/get inspired by an older prompt/etc. I think it's really nice for prompters to see a prompt that's been hanging out for a while get filled, but it's up to you.
