Is there a term for this?
Shipping characters who never met or deal with with eachother, because their actors played more shipable characters in another movie?

I remember lots and lots of Bane/John Blake fics over at Nolanverse Batman, and call me crazy, but I think that was due to the actors playing the very shipable Arthur and Eames in Inception, not because Bane's and Blake's chemisty.

Anyway I don't mind.
