Prompt: I'm sorry but I've been missing the fact that Finn is actually completely and utterly ridiculous in a lot of Finn/Poe fics, and I'd love to see something as close to the movie!Finn's "trying to be cool but failing miserably every time" persona in a fic.

It'd be even funnier if Poe and Finn JUST started dating and now Poe can't even pretend he doesn't know his own boyfriend, so Finn is just an enthusiastic, somewhat socially inept (but always outgoing) and terrible mess who makes everybody laugh with his antics and attempts at being "in" while Poe's palm has smacked his forehead more often than ever before

+10000 Finn catching on to Poe's embarrassment and being sad and sorry about being such a weirdo and explaining that the stormtroopers didn't like him at all either and maybe he's just not meant to fit in, and Poe aggressively reassuring him and comforting him and telling him how he actually loves how endearing Finn ends up being to everybody
