Turns out that the way to get Kylo to be submissive for once is to be tender and lovey with him. Hux is amazed, and amused, at how easy it actually is to dominate a Knight of Ren.
Tl;dr: Normally toppy Kylo turns into submissive mush during soft, slow sex.
