Actually, the people who post complaints here were discussing it there because we are members of both memes. Just as many people frequently many fiction sites in different fandom. It wasn't "outsiders", it was members/posters who had legitimate complaints and issues.

You can still fill during a prompt freeze (in fact, that's kinda the point of freezes, encouraging fills), you just can't post prompts.
Still, there hasn't been much wank on the prompt post, imo, so I don't see why we need a freeze just because of some drama here.

I don't think a prompt freeze is the solution since afaict the prompt post is more or less wank-free. I will deal with the drama in this post when I'm home.

It might help a lot to make all comments automatically screened on the mod post. You can still see comments and reply to them, but only the person you're replying to will get your answer unless you manually change it to non-screened. The main point being that others won't be able to chip and stir up wank.
