I was wondering if the prompts that got posted right after the freeze announcement got deleted or screened? There was one that was long and had post date of just a couple of minutes after the freeze so was probably getting written as it happened since the person was not a native speaker. I was interested in filling it, so was wondering if it'll come back by any chance or if it's lost?

Why is there a word limit for prompts? Would you be willing to create a poll like the reposting one?

The reasoning behind the rule is that a) long prompts don't leave potential fillers room for anything and b) if a prompt is longer than the length of almost 3 drabbles combined, maybe the OP should write the story themselves.

Please I am begging you, don't let them talk you out of doing a mid meme freeze. The prompts need to be frozen for a while so people can write, no matter how fast or slow people think the meme is going.
We could have shorter freezes if people are really concerned about the speed of the meme. Maybe 4-5 days instead of a week.
