So I really love this prompt.

The First Order does allow time off due to illness, but when you are scambling to succeed or trying to avoid any appearance of weakness, time off for sickness is just a chance for someone to stab you in the back.

Kylo notices [Hux | Mitaka] is sick and working, and the second their shift ends, kidnaps them to their quarters to wrap them in blankets and coddle the hell out of them the entire time they're off shift whether they want to be or not. All while ranting about how stupid they are for working sick and calling their strategic reasoning capacity into question.

The sick person finds this confusing as hell, but soaks it up.

Kylo and Hux have defected to the Resistance, and while they used to be in a relationship, they now just tolerate each other for the greater good. Meanwhile, since they've been on the same side, Kylo and Rey have started a new relationship.

Cue Kylo being stuck in his own personal hell - his ex boyfriend and his current girlfriend working together and swapping stories. The worst thing is that they're getting along.

This is inspired by that scene in First class that my fellow Cherik shippers will get.

During some sort of battle or match Kylo or Rey start getting angry and end up using the Force or their lightsabers to dodge blaster shots, Finn realizes they are edging close to slipping into the Dark Side and tries to reach out to them. But by then they're either too gone or don't care and one of the shots they dodged away from themselves ends up hitting Finn.

I'd prefer no real character death because even my thirst for angst has it's limits.

Everybody knows that Oscar & Domhnall are practically married, and albeit reluctant, Domhnall agreed to let Oscar be with Adam too. Each of them is so besotted with their charming Guatemalan that they (grudgingly and not so devoid of jealousy) don't mind to share and Oscar loves them both differently but equally.

Then why the hell fics always pair their Oscar with John?? No offense but what is so special about this new 'brat' in Oscar's life compared to them both? They already understand that their Oscar is a natural born flirt but does Oscar really seeing John behind their back??

And why when occasionally they (finally!) get to be paired with Oscar's character, it's rape and torture??

+ Oscar assuring both of his favourite guys that there is nothing going on between him and John (but OP is ok if eventually they accepted Oscar/John too)
+ Oscar took the fics in good ways - He and Adam having fun reenacting some of the 'torture' scenes for their sexy times while Oscar and Domhnall both having a blast cracking up jokes about some scenes that they found hilarious (not any existing fics in particular, but maybe some made up fics in this story that they're both too OOC)
+ No Adam/Domhnall, but OP can't really say no to threesomes with Oscar in the middle ;)

The Finalizer crew knows Hux is 10lbs of crazy in a 5lb bag, but they love him anyways. After all, he's not a bad boss, tactically gifted, and actually listens to his staff. Plus, y'know. He's hot.

- he flounders in idle conversation. Ask about ships, engineering, military history, and he's great. Try to bring up chitchat and he defaults to propoganda speech.

- Hux is Really Weird about the FO. Everyone is loyal but Hux is... a bit OTT.

- Hux will adamantly defend all of his crew. They are obviously The Best and he won't hear any shittalk about them.

- the gloves were a gift from the command staff; Hux kept digging his nails into his palms as a coping method. He was genuinely touched and Mitaka swears he smiled for .7 seconds (a record)

- do not spar Hux. There is no off switch and he bites.

- agoraphobic!Hux rarely leaves the Finalizer and doesn't seem to realize it, avoids going planetside whenever possible.

- People make assumptions due to his age and constant high strung tension, and think he is weak/got there on his back. This is not tolerated.

- yes he looks uncomfortable slumped over asleep at the console but Please do not wake Hux up he has been working for 76 hours straight and is starting to call people "dad"

- Hux has only taken one day off ever and was so stressed by the end that no one ever brought up mandatory downtime ever again

So, I would love to read a fic where Kylo is at his most manic/powerful when he thinks Hux is in trouble (even when most of the time he's not). He can't really control it, it just happens and Hux is long suffering that he is FINE and fully capable of taking care of himself SO STOP CAUSING DESTRUCTION ON MY SHIP!

Things like:

* Kylo bursting out of the fresher hurling violent threats down the halls in nothing but a towel and his saber flailing around

* Hux spilled his hot tea in his lap and through the Force Kylo thinks Hux is under attack

* Kool-aid man style entrances (what in the KRIFFING hells Ren, I just had that wall fixed!)

+ 1 Snoke deliberately puts Hux in dangerous situations during battles because the destruction from Ren is highly beneficial to the First Order (plus it's hilarious)

+ 100 The crew has gotten used to Hux being Force lifted down hallways towards Kylo

+ 1,000 Hux secretly doesn't mind his manic Ren and the possessiveness
