Having had a regimented life devoted to fighting in the service of the First Order, Stormtroopers tend to have some pretty weird kinks. One of them is a thing for masks. "Leave the mask on" is a common plea in the barracks after dark. And Kylo Ren is widely known to have the sexiest, most romantically enigmatic mask around.

So I am already writing something like this, where Hux is mind-wiped and picked up by the Resistance. But now he's super shy, and has no memory of anything he'd done as Hux, and believes that Finn and Rey rescued him. Rey, Finn, and Poe all know it's him, and Leia doesn't know what to do with him so she keeps him as an indefinite guest of the Resistance.

So I feel like there are a lot of prompts for Finn to learn how to integrate into non-stormtrooper(?) society. Right now I'm interested in seeing the reverse. There's gotta be some cultural development within the regulations. Idioms and vernacular based around job stereotypes and code words? Complex rules about when to call someone a nickname and when to use the number designation? Social obligations to help someone who helped you?

My eternal love if you can figure out a handkerchief code that still complies with uniform regulations. (It doesn't even have to be about sex, it could be about trading chores or general self-expression.)

Plot-wise, anything goes. I'd be especially stoked if you could figure out the AU where Finn is mentoring someone (officially or otherwise) who was recruited (for infiltration purposes or otherwise) as a young adult, but I'd be fully satisfied by a "Finn helps with planning for/corrects everyone during an infiltration mission."

If you want to go shippy, I'm a fan of Finn/Poe and/or Finn/Rey, but absolutely anything goes. I'm really just here for the worldbuilding.
