Hux happens upon Ren while he's vulnerable and unable to defend himself. He uses it as an opportunity to assert his dominance, by outright raping Ren and verbally humiliating him the entire time. Ren fights back with insults and threats at first, but eventually he breaks and cries and begs Hux to stop.
