Everyone in the Resistance likes Poe, even their enemies respect him. Only one person doesn't seem to like him - maybe it is Luke or Han or C3PO or OC, just one person among the good guys. When Poe discovers it, he is upset and confused and tries to find the reason and gain their approval.
