Kylo Ren is pregnant from the Force but she doesn't even realize it until she goes into labor in the middle of a fight with Rey. Neither of them has any idea how to deliver a baby but Rey tries her best to help, even though Kylo is very much in Angry Cat mode and insisting she can handle this on her own.
