Why do I want this so bad? Plz fill this!!! Kylo Ren being completely canon divergence is my personal fave, if this happen I can see him being Zpoe best friend and both of them get into a lot of little adventure together and giving Leia, Han and Luke heart attack every once in a while. It will be an awesome story!!!

I was literally going to request exactly this. Seconding so hard. And maybe Finn and Rey are super strict with doctors orders. Like Poe is supposed to be resting? He's not allowed out of bed;, he has to go to the bathroom, Finn carries him. His medicine is administered every hour, on the hour on the dot, etc

...It's one of the weirder stand-alone EU novels. (Leia puts green streaks in her hair and goes undercover as 'Leila' with Chewie to save her kidnapped kiddies).

Let's suppose Luke really did drop Rey off on Jakku. Maybe she's his daughter, maybe she's a surviving padawan, I'm flexible on this. But in that case I think it's really interesting that the map is being closely guarded by Lor San Tekka and Rey has been left totally on her own since childhood.

Maybe Luke does, too.

Lor San Tekka tries to justify himself, of course: "Obi-Wan Kenobi watched over you from afar on Tatooine and you turned out great!"
"I WAS LIVING WITH MY AUNT AND UNCLE."
"Well. I did not know that."
