Peompt: Rey was alone for so long on Jakku that sometimes she felt too overloaded to function. Somewhere along the line she discovered the idea of hurting oneself, and it became an easy secret to hide given so one gave a damn about her. She gradually got addicted to it as a way of expressing intense emotions. Now she's lost Han and Finn was seriously hurt and, in her mind, it's her fault.

She either overdoes it and wakes up with a lot of explaining to do to very concerned friends or someone walks in on her hurting herself, but either way she finally has someone to talk to and gets the love and support she's been lacking in for so long.
