Based off of listening to too much of Act 2 of Hamilton. After Starkiller, the governing body of the Order is like "maybe we should cut back on the budget here we're kind of in debt now" and Hux is like "I have the solution" and some delegate is very much the Jefferson in the situation and basically undermines every possible solution Hux comes up with.

Kylo, having resigned himself to being more invested in politics now that he and Hux have A Thing,finds himself going "not now boner" like every three seconds seeing Hux debate in a Cabinet Meeting.

Somehow this ends up with Hux practicing for every eventuality in debates while Kylo sucks his dick because who knew politics could be so sexy?
