This was wonderful. Hux bluntly asking if Ben was going to kill him and take his children away broke my heart a little bit. So grim, so direct, that's probably been his greatest fear burning away at the back of his mind for the past ten years. How awful :(

Hah, I sort of want Rey to yell at Ben about this, even though he didn't know and it's not his fault. But, SERIOUSLY, what is it with Skywalker's and ditching their force-sensitive kids on distant planets for a decade or so while they wander around all of space? STOP THE CYCLE, BEN.
