I thought not, since his name is "Brendol Hux". The "II" part would only be added by others to tell the difference. Example of French kings, since I am french: Louis the XIIIth son was named Louis, and only got the XIV particle when he became king. But his name still remained just "Louis". I guess you could go with "Junior", but I don't like the sound of it.^^
