I was got sucked into the terrible TVTropes cycle and got to reading Phasma's and so wanted a fic based around one of her tropes:

"A Mother to Her Men:
She's memorized the numbers of every stormtrooper under her command and walks dozens of kilometers each day, patrolling Starkiller Base like a regular trooper to keep spirits up and make sure her men remember who's in charge."
