BUT ALSO CONSIDER: a reversal, in which Hux attempts the above, but Kylo is 1000% unimpressed with Hux's fancy blaster, and takes it upon himself to remind Hux that while Kylo is de facto immune to his silly little toy, Hux himself is all too vulnerable to it (and lbr, between the two of them Hux is the one with the blaster fetish).
