Plus Kylo was raised during a time of prosperity on verdant planets. The "boarding school waif dying of Tuberculosis look" would probably be an utter turn off.

So yeah. Hux get some meat on those bones. Who knows, if he tried eating regularly, maybe he'd actually you know, start to LIKE it (like most people).
